Jean-Pierre adjusted this limited edition himself. It is the 691 of 888. The paintings found inside the cap, ink barrel and the display box; an old fashion port hole, is from his own hand. The base material is stainless steel and contrast with the 18 karat gold plating all over the pen. The nib is a medium soft 18 karat gold. No other pens have so many parts. We counted an impressive 195 components and rivets.
Measuring 6 an 1/2" when closed. 6oz alone and a good 9 pound with box and accessories (you get the sand and shells to play with).
